 Fry Sauce:

 2 1/4 cup Mayo
1/2 cup Ketchup
 1 tbsp Franks Red Hot Buffalo Sauce
1 tbsp Pickle Juice
 2 tsp W Sauce
1/4 tsp Ancho Chili Powder
 1/2 tsp Seasoned Salt
 1/4 tsp Paprika


 Spicy Aioli:

 3/4 cup Mayo
 2 Garlic Cloves
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper


 BBQ Mayo:
 1/4 cup Mayo
1/4 cup BBQ Sauce
 2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
 2 tsp W Sauce
1 tsp Smoked Paprika
 1/2 tsp Onion Power
 1/2 tsp  Garlic Powder

 Cajun Tartar Sauce:

 1 cup Mayo
 1 tbsp Dill Relish
1/4 Red Onion
 1 tsp Red Wine Vinegar
1 tsp Creole Kick
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
 1/2 tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Dill Weed Seasoning


 Remoulade:

1 cup Mayo
2 Tbsp Creole Mustard
 1 tsp Pickle Juice
1 Clove Garlic
 2 tsp Creole Kick
1 tsp Hot Sauce
1 tsp Salt


 Carolina Mustard  BBQ Sauce:

3/4 cup Yellow Mustard
 1/4 cup Honey
1/4 cup Brown Sugar
 1/3 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tbsp Ketchup
 2 tsp W Sauce
 1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
 1/4 tsp Chipotle Chili Powder
 1/2 tsp Hot Sauce
